Job description

Foods you love. Brands you trust. And a career that empowers you to grow.

At Nestlé USA, we’re all working towards the same goal – to delight and deliver for our consumers. With a rich portfolio of beloved brands, including DiGiorno, Toll House, and Coffee mate, in 97% of U.S. households, we have a unique opportunity – and responsibility – to be there for every moment in our consumers’ lives.

Joining Nestlé means becoming part of an inclusive workplace that inspires innovation, encourages strategic thinking and creativity, and celebrates your achievements. No matter where you work within the organization, you are empowered to challenge the status quo, embrace risk-taking, and pioneer new ideas. Our supportive and collaborative environment encourages bold ambitions and continuous learning so that everyone can grow and thrive.

Position Summary:

We’ve brought together Division FP&A, One Ops FP&A, and Corporate Decision Support together into one connected, centrally governed organization — now simply called FP&A — built on three pillars: Business Co-Piloting, Central FP&A, and Digital Finance.

The Senior Finance Analyst position is a critical role within Central FP&A, specifically supporting the One Ops organization. You will be jumping onto a team that is transforming how One Ops finance adds value through forecasting, period end close analysis, management reporting, and other processes. Be ready to ideate, build, and implement new ways of working, analyses, reporting, and more. We need someone who can think creatively, but also execute with both discipline and a continuous-improvement mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to help shape the future-state of One Ops Finance by building structure in a complex environment, solving ambiguous problems, and transforming manual processes into scalable, automated, and well-controlled solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • With a focus on transformation, drive end-to-end planning and forecasting for manufacturing networks, translating operational assumptions into robust P&L and cost forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to problem solve and develop solutions and processes that bring greater efficiencies and effectiveness to the One Ops Finance team
  • Lead the development of digital FP&A solutions that provide actionable insights into P&L performance, enabling proactive identification of cost drivers, margin impacts, and risks / opportunities
  • Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings to communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with major in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting
  • Advanced computer based analytical skills and knowledge of analytic software packages (Excel, Power BI, etc…)
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data to business implications
  • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities
  • Self-starter; independent thinker who can connect dots quickly
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and work effectively across a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in FP&A, operations / supply chain finance
  • Knowledge of costing, accounting and proven understanding of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet), preferably Nestlé specific
  • Strong foundational knowledge of frontier-pushing digital tools
  • SAP, Oracle, other ERP experience

Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
