Responsibilities Documentation and operational process ownership: own ongoing URAC compliance, regulatory documentation, credentialing vendor management (ie: Medallion), and audit readiness to keep network operations compliant and well-organized High-touch provider support: meet directly with DPC practices (via video or in-person where applicable) to walk through onboarding steps, troubleshoot platform questions, and
